PILOT PLANT

To allow the Customer to test the effectiveness of our systems, we have various pilot plant machines which are leased out to test its features. In several cases, however, we realize pilot plants for end Customers that use them or for the development of new products, in the case of industrial plants with high potential, or for small production craft. There is virtually no plant that cannot be manufactured for small capacities and the most commons are:

• Vacuum pan of concentration with Diam 400mm or Diam 600mm
• Autoclave Diam 750mm
• Rotary Coil Evaporator Diam 500mm
• Heat exchangers

In all cases, the automation can start from simple procedures up to replicate that of industrial plants or with PLC and PC with touch-screen interface.
